Privacy
This page explains what Flatiron Law collects when you visit this site or write to the office, and what happens to it.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email, optional phone number and the message you write. Like most websites, the site may also record basic visit information such as pages viewed and the type of device, to see what’s working.
How it’s used
Your note is used to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest. I don’t sell your information or use it for anything else.
Keeping it
Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after a reasonable period. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I have about you by writing to malaika@flatironlaw.com.
